The Founder

Phoenix Diggs is the founder of Diggs Law Office LLC and a Texas-licensed attorney known for fierce, compassionate representation. She earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2024, graduating in the top 20% of her class.

Before law school, Phoenix earned her Bachelor of Political Science, cum laude, from Spelman College, ranked the No. 1 HBCU in the nation by U.S. News & World Report for 19 consecutive years. The drive and discipline that carried her there shape how she shows up for every client today.

Why I Practice Law

My path to criminal defense was shaped by something personal. A direct encounter with police brutality showed me, up close, how quickly the system can fail the people it is meant to protect. That experience did not just motivate me. It lit a fire.

I became a lawyer to be the advocate I wished more people had access to. Someone who fights hard for your rights, and who also takes the time to help you understand the law, know your options, and make informed decisions that serve your future. Grounded in my Christian faith, I treat every client with dignity, honesty, and genuine care, because most people who walk through my door are facing one of the hardest moments of their lives.
